January Drive Flood Risk Reduction Project Update
October 2025
Work on Phase 4 of the January Drive Flood Risk Reduction project along the intersection of January Drive and April Drive wrapped up at the end of September. Construction activity is set to progress to Phase 5 this month, which will stretch from the intersection of January Drive and April Drive to 11504 January Drive.
Please be advised to expect road closures and increased noise from excavation activity in the area. We would like to thank community members for their patience during the two water shutoffs that were needed to replace aging water lines within the work area. There are no additional water shutoffs planned at this time.
