4th of July Parade and Celebration

Come dressed up in red, white and blue! Decorate your bike or wagon and participate in this fun-filled parade down Santa Cruz Avenue. Parade participants will gather in the Maloney Street parking lot (behind Cheeky Monkey) at 10:45 a.m., with the parade heading down Santa Cruz Avenue towards Fremont Park at 11 a.m. After the parade ends, stay for the celebration activities at Fremont Park from noon-2:30 p.m. Food, games, family-friendly activities and live music by Pop Fiction will await parade participants and spectators as they complete the parade route. The Menlo Park Police Department reminds local residents and visitors that all forms of fireworks and gunfire are strictly prohibited in Menlo Park. This includes legal fireworks, such as sparklers.
