It has been a great and productive month! We set the record for the most Council Consideration Request filed by a District 2 Councilmember with our thirteenth policy proposal and reopened our northeast field office at Rittiman road. We also got to celebrate the reopening of Walzem Family YMCA, which will host amazing community events.

One of the most exciting moments of our month is when we get to spend time with our seniors at the District 2 Senior Center. Earlier this month, we joined them in celebrating their twelfth anniversary and thanks to our friends at the San Antonio Zoo, our seniors also got a friendly visit from Greta, Matilda and Jean. It was a wonderful experience for our seniors to get up close with animals many don’t get to experience!

We invite you to join us at our next open office hours and share your suggestions and feedback. We welcome you to give us a call at 210-207-0950 or visit our offices if you have any issue or concern.

As always, it is an honor and privilege to serve you.
