Free City Parking for Fans Attending UTSA Championship Game

The City of San Antonio is offering free parking in City-owned parking facilities from 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2 until 2 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3. Free parking is not available in the Alamodome lots, and this offer only applies to City-owned parking facilities.

- Houston Street Garage, 111 College St.
- St. Mary’s Garage, 205 E. Travis St.

Rock 'n' Roll Marathon
December 3-4; 7am
The City of San Antonio is excited to welcome back the Certified Piedmontese Beef Rock ‘n’ Roll San Antonio Running Series along a new course through Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston (JBSA-Fort Sam Houston). Blessing of the Animals at Market Square

Historic Market Square will host a fun-filled day with food vendors, artisans, and live music. As part of the Blessing of the Animals celebration, a non-denominational blessing of the animals will be held on the outside stage on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Following the blessing, guests may enjoy balloon animals, kids’ activities, and an animal meet-and-greet. Holiday Lights Run

Wear your ugliest holiday sweater and join OHP and Fleet Feet for a social, supported run to inspire cheer and help you get in the spirit of the holidays. The supported run starts in historic Travis Park and will take you 3 miles through downtown San Antonio to visit some of the best decorated historic landmarks.
The first 100 to register through the link will get a commemorative mug. All registrants will receive a hot chocolate after the run and a coupon from Fleet Feet San Antonio. A portion of the proceeds will go to preservation efforts in San Antonio. This year, Santa will also be attending, make sure you have your list ready when you take your picture with him!
