The Brown Bags to Building Bridges series is a new quarterly 45-minute lunchtime discussion featuring various Town representatives. This program allows residents to ask questions and gain insights, engage in direct conversations with Town representatives, and get a behind-the-scenes view of how Town departments operate.

Bill Recalculation Request Form Now Available

In July 2024, a cybersecurity incident delayed the timing of our utility billing processes. As a result, customers received a ‘combined bill’ (in August or September, depending on your billing cycle) that covered multiple months of service instead of one month.

Customers who wish to request a detailed review of their specific combined bill can do so through July 31st. If you are not able to access the online form at the link below, please reach out to customer service staff at (919) 249-3311 or visit Town Hall at 73 Hunter Street during normal business hours.

Mailing Delay for May Utility Bills

The unexpected closure of the town's mailing vendor resulted in a significant delay in mailing printed bills for May 2025. However, your bill continues to be calculated and uploaded to the eSuite portal on your normal schedule.

If you do not have access to eSuite, you can visit Town Hall or call (919) 249-3311 during regular business hours.
