Oakley Public Safety Complex: Public Meeting Recap and Online Input Opportunity
Thanks to everyone who stopped by the drop-in community event last night (Nov. 17) to learn about a project to replace Asheville’s Fire Station 9 in Oakley.
Attendees were able to meet the project team, learn more about the project goals, and provide input on architectural design elements.
Couldn't make it to the Open House but still want to provide your input? Check out the quick online survey, which will be open through December 1. (If you provided input at the in-person event, there is no need to take the survey.)
The design phase for the new fire station is anticipated to last through 2026, with construction to be completed in 2028. Stay tuned for future updates!
