Epping Master Plan Survey
The Epping Planning Board, with assistance from Rockingham Planning Commission, is beginning to update the Epping Master Plan and is seeking residents’ opinions and input. This survey is the first step in the update process.
The survey will be open from September 3 through October 5, 2026. There are also paper copies of the survey available at the Epping Town Hall and the Epping Library.
Under state law (RSA 674), Planning Boards must adopt and amend master plans to guide the development of the municipality by having a set of statements and land use principles. Master plans are also required for a municipality to enact zoning regulations. The current Master Plan is available in the Documents section of this page.
This survey takes about 15 minutes, but you are encouraged to leave additional comments. All survey results will be published and will be used to help guide the Master Plan update.
Things to know about the survey:
- Survey answers are anonymous but they will be published.
- You may wish to consider taking this survey on a computer or tablet for ease of entering responses.
- Comments are not required, but encouraged. Responses to multiple-choice questions are captured automatically.
- Comments that are flagged as inappropriate by the survey program will be reviewed by a survey administrator before publication.
