  them on World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD). Age-Friendly Mecklenbur
 g AARP Charlotte Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation and the U.S. Att
 orney s Office for the Western District of N.C. are co-hosting a walk and
  wearing purple to raise awareness of abuse neglect and exploitation of o
 lder persons. We invite you to put on your purple and join us! Monday Jun

 harlotte N.C. 28210 Walkers can register here in advance to help us with 
 planning efforts. Registering also keeps you connected and up-to-date on 
 future activities and news that affects seniors in the area. Registration
  is not required and everyone is welcome for giveaways and refreshments.
