 or a bike tour of Charlotte s transportation history. The bike tour will 
 be approximately 9 miles and will begin and end at the Square in Uptown C
 harlotte. Riders are encouraged to walk bike and/or take public transit t
 o the starting point. The tour will stretch from Southend through Uptown 
 and into Noda. Along the way we will see and discuss the old Seaboard Air
  Line Railroad Station the Norfolk Southern Rail Yard and how roads train
 s and streetcars shaped the Queen City. We will meet on the Square at Tra
