The rezoning request is for 3709, 3717, 3725, 3733, 3739 (portion), 3724 (portion), 0 National Drive and 0 Exchange Glenwood Place. The proposed zoning would allow buildings along Glenwood Avenue and I-440 to be up to twelve stories tall. The existing zoning has a maximum height of five stories. - prohibit the following uses: dormitory, fraternity, sorority; emergency shelter types A and B; adult establishment; passenger terminal; vehicle fuel sales; vehicle sales/rental; detention center, jail, prison; self-service storage; car wash; vehicle repair (minor); vehicle repair (major).
- locate the following uses in a multi-story building with more than one principal use: personal service; eating establishment; bar, nightclub, tavern, lounge; retail sales.
- limit the hours of operation to 6 am to 11 pm for the following uses: personal service; eating establishment; bar, nightclub, tavern, lounge; retail sales.
- prohibit live performances or a dance floor in a bar, nightclub, tavern, or lounge
- prohibit drive-thru windows with any eating establishment
- use full cutoff lighting on all outdoor pole-mounted fixtures
