  • The existing zoning is Office Mixed Use-3 stories (OX-3) with a Detached frontage (DE) and North Boylan Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District. Raleigh’s UDO Chapter 3 includes more information about all mixed use zoning districts. Additionally, Chapter 5 includes more information about overlay districts. 

  • Proposed Zoning: OX-7 w/ TOD 

  • The proposed zoning is Office Mixed Use-7 stories (0X-7) with the Transit Overlay District (TOD). Raleigh’s UDO Chapter 3 includes more information about all mixed use zoning districts. Additionally, Chapter 5 includes more information about overlay districts.
