Question title

The Capital Boulevard North study area is over four miles long. That can make it difficult to think about the whole corridor all at once. The image above shows the Capital Boulevard North corridor organized into three sections. The sections can be used to help us think about transportation, land use, and real estate market conditions in a more focused way. Do you feel comfortable using these sections for the next steps in the study, where we will discuss specific ideas for improvements? You may use the space below to explain your answer.

This study will look at two areas along the corridor to consider specific land use visions. These visions can lead to policy recommendations for those sites or they can simply be examples for how the community would like to see development occur generally in the corridor. One of the sites will be Triangle Town Center. We are considering Mini City as one option for the other, but we would like to hear your ideas. A map of Mini City is shown in the image above. Would you like to use this study to create a land use vision for Mini City, or is there another location that you would prefer?
