Housing Affordability Study

The Town of Holly Springs is conducting a Housing Affordability Study to identify and evaluate housing challenges facing the community, and to recommend actions the Town could consider to help address pressing housing challenges. The study will examine existing local housing conditions, determine housing needs, establish a vision and goals, and recommend actions for the Town to consider to achieve this vision. As a first step in the process, a brief, 5-minute survey has been developed to help the Town better understand the different housing experiences and challenges of the Holly Springs community. The information gathered from this survey will be crucial to informing the Housing Affordability Study. Your responses will be anonymous and used to help prioritize housing issues and potential solutions.
