Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 34 - Hemisfair

The mission of the Hemisfair Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Board is to promote development or redevelopment of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) where development or redevelopment would not occur solely through private investment in the reasonably foreseeable future. The board is composed of five members. Representatives include representatives at the local level.
