The Housing Authority is established by RCW 35.82.030 and adopted by Chapter 2.48 of the Sunnyside Municipal Code for the purpose of managing and subsidizing low-income housing within the City of Sunnyside. Each member serves a five-year term and is appointed by the mayor. This is text
