Reimagine McGill Community Survey

Reimagine McGill Community Survey

The City of Concord purchased 228, 234, 236, and 240 McGill Avenue NW in the Gibson Village community.  McGill Avenue is a gateway that connects communities in Western Concord with historic Downtown Concord. In partnership with community organizations, the City is proactively pursuing the need for an innovative commitment to revitalize this gateway, while also addressing one of the Gibson Village community's major needs - greater food access.

Due to the current condition of the structures, the City will demolish the buildings within the yellow property boundaries outlined in the image below, and will build new structures. Please complete this short survey to provide your input and ideas for potential future uses of these sites.

The City is committed to understanding residents’ needs and community goals, which will serve as the catalyst for positive change on McGill Avenue.

The survey is open through Friday, November 24th.

The properties outlined in yellow are included in the proposed revitalization project.
