4424 Lead Mine Rd (Z-64-22)

This request would allow for a four-story, mixed-use building, predominantly office and residential. If developed solely as residential, up to 80 units could be built on the site. If built solely for office uses, it the rezoning would provide approximately 65,000 square feet of office space. This is a General Use rezoning proposal; no zoning conditions have been proposed by the applicant. 

  • Existing Zoning: R-4 

  • The existing zoning is Residential-4 (R-4). Raleigh’s UDO Chapter 2 includes more information about all residential zoning districts.  

  • Proposed Zoning: OX-4-UL 

  • The proposed zoning is Office Mixed Use-4 stories (OX-4) with Urban Limited Frontage (UL). Raleigh’s UDO Chapter 3 includes more information about all mixed-use zoning districts. UDO Section 3.4.7 details the Urban Limited Frontage.
