Reynolds Road Bridge Replacement (LUC-20-13.70, PID 102942)
The purpose of the project is to replace the existing bridge on Reynolds Road between Hill Avenue and Angola Road. The current bridge spanning Heldman Ditch was built in 1949 and is deteriorating, therefore a new, upgraded crossing is proposed. The proposed design of the new bridge includes a sidewalks further away from the roadway. In order to expedite construction, the bridge is proposed to be closed for approximately 21 days during the 4 month construction starting in the Spring of 2022 with a detour posted.
