The Preliminary Plan for Duncan Neighborhood Park was completed in May 2017 in partnership with Shoal Creek Conservancy. The Implementation phase is currently underway, and Austin Parks and Recreation Department is confirming that the preliminary plan aligns with the desired projet outcomes.
