ZerNona Black Center Public Art Survey
From February 22 - March 25, 2021, the Department of Arts & Culture opened a SA SpeakUp survey to identify a theme and style of the Public Art project artwork which will be located at a newly constructed facility, the ZerNona Black Multi-Generational Cultural Community Center. Additionally, we held an online virtual community engagement meeting on March 18, 2021. The target respondents were zip codes located within Council District 2 and the broader San Antonio community.
