The City of Zephyrhills Comprehensive Plan is getting an update and your input is needed! The City aims to collect thousands of ideas from residents, business owners, workers, and other community stakeholders for use in creating a Citywide Vision and Goals and Strategies to help make the vision come to life. Using words and illustrations, the vision will paint a picture of what the community wants Zephyrhills to look like in the future and set a defined direction for PlanZephyrhills2035.
A significant piece of the plan update is engaging with people from all parts of the Zephyrhills to hear about community needs and ideas for making Zephyrhills an even better place to live, work, and play. This summer, city planners hosted seven Community Conversations in different parts of the city. Approximately 100 participants shared their thoughts about Zephyrhills' quality of life, issues and challenges, and aspirations for the future. The Community Conversations focused on three questions that can be found in the "Tell us! Survey" tabbed below. The survey is currently open. We'd love to hear from you!
