The draft Plan text notes that the AT&T Oakton campus could redevelop with a mix of uses, including residential, retail, service, and office uses. Portions of the site would also be developed with publicly-accessible park spaces. Are there certain uses that you believe are needed in the Flint Hill/Oakton area that should be considered on the campus?

Question title

The draft Plan text includes recommendations for how a mixed-use core of activity on the AT&T Oakton campus should develop, including the provision of a grid of streets centered on an activated, pedestrian-oriented retail environment, new bicycle and pedestrian connections to connect the site to its surroundings, vehicular improvements, preservation of trees where feasible, reduced building heights along edges next to existing residential communities, and the provision of parks and open spaces throughout the site. Do you have specific recommendations for how the site should develop with a mix of uses?
