- Remove the limit of 1 dwelling unit.
- Remove the height maximum (underlying 3-story and 50 foot limit would still apply.
- Change the uses that are prohibited.
- The following zoning conditions will remain:
- Development shall comply with the provisions of CR-7107 of the Raleigh Planning Commission Calulations for this provision shall be based on a zoning change from Rural Residential (RR)
- Reimbursement for future right-of-way dedications shall be based on RR values.
