We Need Your Input - Lou Kardon Park
The City of San Antonio sought your input to help us enhance and improve your park space. $1 million in project funding for Lou Kardon Park (located at 616 Gibbs Sprawl Road) in Council District 2 could fund either one of two enhanced park designs: 1) design featuring dog park spaces, shade canopies, park restroom and expanded parking with security lighting, or 2) design featuring a park splash pad. Funding was allocated through the voter-approved 2017-2022 Bond Program. We collected more information from District 2 residents and park users across the city to see which design was recommended by the majority for pursuit.
