This requested rezoning will allow for limited retail and service uses in addition to residential uses. It will also increase the allowable height from 3 to 5 stories.

  • Existing Zoning: R-6
    • The existing zoning is Residential 6 units per acre (R-6). UDO Chapter 2 provides information on all residential zoning districts.
  • Proposed Zoning: RX-5-CU
    • The proposed rezoning is  Residential Mixed Use 5 stories (RX-5) with conditions (CU). UDO Chapter 3 includes information on all mixed use districts. The proposed condtion is
      • The following uses are prohibited: dormitory, fraternity, sorority; boarding house; cemetery; and outdoor sports facility (>250 seats).
