Connecticut Avenue Development Guidelines: Visioning Survey
The Connecticut Avenue Development Guidelines is a neighborhood planning effort focused on the Cleveland Park and Woodley Park neighborhoods and is part of a broader Rock Creek West Corridors Planning initiative. The Development Guidelines will provide design guidance for future mixed-use development that can deliver additional housing in this high-opportunity corridor, near Metro stations, and contribute to the character of the historic districts.
In an effort to offer various engagement opportunities, the Office of Planning has developed a virtual self-guided tour and an online survey. The purpose of the online survey is to gather big picture ideas from the community that will help shape the Fall design workshops and visualize potential future development scenarios and design strategies. If you have not attended the Community Walk, we suggest that you use the self-guided tour to inform your feedback in the survey.
