Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 31 - Midtown

The mission of the Midtown Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Board is to promote development or redevelopment of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) where development or redevelopment would not occur solely through private investment in the reasonably foreseeable future. The board was composed of 15 members. Board members include members at large in society and representatives at the local level. Board members are residents of the county in which the zone is located or a county adjacent to that county, or own real property in the zone. In 2022, the Midtown TIRZ was reduced to nine members.
