NHDOT is asking for your engagement and input through this survey with the hope that we can better understand the issues and priorities that currently exist, as seen by the community members themselves. Click the "Add Point" button in the upper right corner of the map to place a pin in the area where you live. It does not have to be exact and is intended to get a general idea of where survey respondents reside.

Once you begin the survey, you can go back to any previous question by selecting "PREV" below the question. To move on to the next question or to skip any question that you wish to not answer, select "NEXT" or "SKIP".
