Why are we holding a virtual open house?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, at the time of planning this meeting, Ohio's Governor Mike DeWine prohibited mass gatherings and the CDC recommended using social distancing to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  Public involvement meetings are very difficult to perform while practicing social distancing.  Due to these issues, this meeting was decided to be held virtually so that these measures could be performed while engaging with the public about the project.
