Why are we holding a virtual public open house?

Your comments are very important to ODOT’s decision-making. This opportunity for public input is part of ODOT’s Project Development Process.

A virtual open house public meeting is a way to provide information and gather feedback from the public. Documents and information are posted to a dedicated project website that can be viewed and downloaded by the public at their leisure.

This “open house” has a public comment period that ends on February 23rd. While public comments are always welcome, comments submitted by February 23rd will be complied with responses provided as part of the virtual open house public meeting process.

Additional public involvement will occur in future phases of project development.

Individuals who require a reasonable accommodation to participate in this virtual open house should contact Robert Lang at 330-786-4975 or Robert.Lang@dot.ohio.gov.

Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, sex, age, national origin, or disability.

Project Documents

Look to the right side of the page to find the project documents.

There is a slide show presentation about the proposed project in a voice narrated version and unnarated version.

Also, there is a comment form to print (you can also submit comments using this webpage, by email, and by phone - see How to Provide Comments tab).

An infomational handout and construction detour map are also available.

Internet Access Difficulties

A transcript of the video and a printout of exhibits will be provided to anyone who has issues accessing the virtual public open house.  Please send a transcript request to Robert Lang with the ODOT District 4 Office using one of the following contact methods:
