رفع موانع توسعه و حفظ مسکن مقرون به صرفه کمیته فرعی (RBSC)
کمیته فرعی رفع موانع توسعه مسکن مقرون به صرفه (RBSC) موظف به توصیه به بهبود کد توسعه یکپارچه و سایر فرآیندهای شهر برای تسهیل توسعه مسکن مقرون به صرفه در سن آنتونیو است. اهداف ارائه اصلاحات پیشنهادی UDC برای چرخه اصلاحات UDC 2022 در کوتاه مدت است. اهداف میان مدت نظارت بر فرآیند اصلاح UDC و شناسایی و پیشنهاد تغییرات فرآیند برای سایر فرآیندهای شهر است. در دراز مدت، کمیته فرعی توصیه هایی را برای به روز رسانی سایر فرآیندهای شهر ارائه خواهد کرد.
این کار در سال 2019 با تمرکز بر کاهش بار هزینه، حذف موانع توسعه ADU و سایر سیاست های مربوط به مسکن ارزان قیمت آغاز شد. این کار در سال 2020 به دلیل بیماری همه گیر متوقف شد اما در سال 2021 از سر گرفته می شود.
این کمیته فرعی کار را در طول نوامبر 2021 تا ژانویه 2022 بر روی پیشنهاد اصلاحات در UDC برای رفع موانع نظارتی برای مسکن ارزان قیمت متمرکز خواهد کرد. NHSD این گروه کاری فنی را برای رفع موانع تولید و حفظ مسکن مقرون به صرفه که توسط چارچوب سیاست مسکن شهردار توصیه شده است، ایجاد کرد. این گروه در اکتبر 2021 به کمیته فرعی کمیسیون مسکن تبدیل شد.
