Account. There we go. We've got actually two members and it's connected. I'm going to click star six. Here you are. Un-muted that's going to unmute it now. It's un-muted in the fall and we're going to see that it is going to provide our transcripts of everything being said in zoom will be recorded. Every person who speaks on the phone line will be recorded. And then all of the transcriptions, you're going to have smaller transcriptions over here. You're also going to have like an individual comment transcription as that person speaks. And we'll try that out in just a bit. I am going to pop in and show you that agenda item, option. I don't know what it's doing now. I think it's so mad at me that I pushed the button, but we'll go back to our meetings and offline fast. You're going to see some options here. So we have registration. You can see who registered participants agenda items. And this is where we want to add agenda items. If we want people to register and speak on these items. So pledge of allegiance, we're not going to have anybody speaking on it. We'll click save. Maybe we do role Paul.
Mayor - 1:37:52 PM
Then we have ordinance for people to CSUN. Now they can be registered to speak on it and they can register to speak on this item. We can say we're hearing and you've got some items in that way. So now we can go back utilize sites, or we're going to see comments here and the agenda items here. If I wanted to register to speak on this item, I could check it. And it's going to ask me to provide my registration. Here is my name, emails, the phone. How would I like to attend? Am I attending person in person or virtually that's because I chose hybrid. If I just chose virtually it, wouldn't have this question for us. If you want to be added to the speakers too. Great. We can do that. And then you can say, actually, I want to speak on both of items or maybe just this one. And I can subscribe to updates. That would be happening on the project as well.
Mayor - 1:39:02 PM
Okay. That registration form goes away. We've already registered. So now if you like our foam bridge is so connected. So again, I don't know why meetings hosted stuff popping up, but we can try calling him this phone number and you guys can see how that works. That number is 8 5 5 9 2 5 2 8 0 1. It will ask you for a meeting code. That's going to be 8 1 7 1. Okay. So now you're seeing me call in. It's telling me that I am muted, and it's also telling us that I requested to speak on this open hearing agenda item, which is really cool. So I'm pre-registered to speak on that. I've registered before Dustin, Justin, your district before me, it would put us in order of who registered first. Hi, can you guys hear me? Yes.
Speaker 3 - 1:40:22 PM
Megan said got kicked out of oh, no. So do you mind sending an email with the details to his address? Yeah, that's fine. Would you be able to serve up? Thank you.
Mayor - 1:40:37 PM
And we'll share the recording of this as well. I'm not sure what happened. That's really odd. I didn't take anybody out. Okay. Okay. So I'm here. I'm actually talking on the phone as well. So what I'm going to do is mute myself in our zoom meeting. And I will talk to you through that phone bridge. After I joined the speaker queue, it's going to ask me to press star one, to listen to the meeting, which is awesome for people who don't have a home computer, they can at bare minimum call in and hear the meeting content. If you've got speaker Q enabled, they can call in press star three and request to speak. And if they just want to leave a recorded comment, it's going to ask them to press star two for that.
Mayor - 1:41:46 PM
And anytime you're seeing in meeting, you're in menu, it's reading menu options to me. Okay. Okay, great. And we should see my recorded comment. Come in, transcribing it. Now that's going to be a voicemail comment that I can then play back in this meeting as well. And if I request a tap to speak or show up here, I can tap that person to speak, live on the meeting and control the meeting that way. Okay. So there's my recorded comment. I going to play it back and I can stop it as well. This is a recorded comment. This is Amanda with public input and it looks like it caught fire the substance transcription there too. But yeah, so that's available now. You can see that transcript in the comments tab on the back end of our page and moderate comments in that way as well. Okay. Any general questions or anything else you guys want to see about it? If I end this phone bridge and also start my close caption stream. So that's going to start speaking for us next year, I believe. Okay. Yeah. That's a newer thing. There we go. Look, automatic closed captioning, which is really awesome.
Speaker 3 - 1:44:35 PM
Okay. Just putting this together makes sense. I'm going to call it after Jake. So I will be back with you in a minute.
Mayor - 1:44:45 PM
So when we're managing this meeting, what we're going to have is everybody comes to public input. We are meeting link here. We're going to have all of our staff or meeting presenters in the room meeting. And you're going to have one, maybe two people who kind of have their feet in both places. They're probably going to meet this site as well. And then they're going to see the comments from in. They can reply to them live for more info. I can also reply as if I am both triangle the entity, not just myself. When I'm logged in here, you'll have your comment, moderator or person who is controlling this live feed, as well as the secrets view that's coming in and then read off comments for <inaudible>. So if I knew I had a recorded comment or an email that I wanted someone to address, I could just post it in the chat in zoom, and it could be addressed by that meeting moderator or presenter on that side, without them having to look at the public input page or have to pay things into two different things.
