Office of Innovation: Smart City Roadmap
About the Survey
The purpose of this survey is to capture the challenges, needs and opportunities that city departments experience when it comes to using data, technology and innovation to deliver and improve public services. Based on responses, the Smart Cities team will develop a Smart City Roadmap, that shows CoSA’s strategic priorities for using data, technology and innovation in public service design and delivery. The survey takes approximately 5 minutes and will be accessible online through May 2022. The Smart Cities team may contact respondents for a follow-up discussion based on their responses.
