The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is proceeding with the development of an engineering plan for future improvements to the existing State Route 315 (Olentangy River Road) and Hyatts Road (County Road 123) intersection. The project is necessary to improve safety and reduce congestion.

Proposed Counter Measure

Roundabouts are a very efficient type of intersection. They do not have the same stop-and-go conditions as traditional intersections. Roundabouts keep people moving, but at speeds where injury risk is greatly reduced.
