The request would remove the Parkway frontage, which requires a landscaped area along the street, and remove the Airport Overlay District, which prohibits some uses and requires cut-off light fixtures. 

  • Existing Zoning: IX-3-PK with AOD 

  • The existing zoning is Industrial Mixed Use 3 stories (IX-3) with Parkway Frontage (PK) and the Airport Overlay District (AOD).
