The proposed zoning will permit mixed use development in buildings up to 20-stories tall. Development under the proposed zoning will include a sidewalk along Semart Drive.

Proposed Zoning Conditions:
The following uses shall be prohibited: boardinghouse; rest home; cemetery; adult establishment; pawnshop.
A sidewalk with a minimum width of five feet shall be provided along the eastern boundary of the subject property adjacent to Semart Drive.
