We're going places and making spaces!

JTA is studying opportunities for transit-oriented development (TOD) along the five-corridor system developed in the Ultimate Urban Circulator (U2C) project. The U2C TOD study is funded through a grant from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The purpose of the grant program is to examine ways to improve economic development and ridership, foster multimodal connectivity and accessibility, improve transit access for pedestrian and bicycle traffic, engage the private sector, identify infrastructure needs, and enable mixed-use development near transit stations.

Spring 2020 - Spring 2021

The study has three phases:

  1. Existing Conditions Analysis – Where are we today?

  2. TOD and the Downtown Vision – Where do we want to go?

  3. Implementation Mechanisms – How do we get there?

 Engagement Opportunities

Study information and feedback requests will be posted on this site during each phase. We’ll also have working group meetings, interactive workshops and pop-ups at events in the study area. Sign up below for our contact list.
