Wisconsin Avenue Development Framework Community Survey

Wisconsin Avenue Development Framework Community Survey

The Wisconsin Avenue Development Framework is a neighborhood planning effort focused on the Friendship Heights and Tenleytown neighborhoods and is part of a broader Rock Creek West Corridors Planning initiative. The Development Framework will provide zoning recommendations consistent with the Comprehensive Plan that can deliver additional housing in this high-opportunity corridor near Metro stations. The Development Framework will also explore opportunities for the public realm (spaces between buildings) and commercial activity (retail, employment) on the corridor.

The purpose of this online survey is to gather big picture ideas from the community that will help shape the Fall design workshops and visualize potential future development scenarios and design strategies. If you did not attend one of the Community Walks in July, we suggest that you use the virtual self-guided tour to inform your feedback in the survey.

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. For multiple choice questions, click on "Confirm your selection" after you've picked your choices. For comment boxes, click on the blue "Comment" button after you've typed your response. We appreciate your input in this process!
