The TriCounty Link (TCL) transit system provides fixed, commuter, and on-demand transit services to the rural residents of Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties. TCL is developing a transit study to plan for more efficient, effective, and convenient service for the entire TriCounty Link area, including specific recommendations for the fast-growing Summerville area. TriCounty Link Transit Study – Berkeley County Open House
Join TriCounty Link for an open house to review draft concepts for future transit service! Stop by the St. Stephen American Legion Hut any time from 3:30 to 6:30 pm to learn about potential service changes, talk to the project team, and share your priorities for future TriCounty Link service in Berkeley County. This will be a drop-in style event and there will not be a formal presentation.

The St. Stephen American Legion Hut is located 0.5 mile from Route B104 service to the St. Stephen IGA Store Park-and-Ride lot. Parking is available on site.
