Chapel Hill recently completed a planning effort the Charting Our Future initiative in 2020. Charting Our Future was a multi year, community-driven planning effort identifying the character and location of future development within the Town and the Future Land Use Map (FLUM). The next step - Shaping Our Future - is focused on ways to achieve desired development. But we need your help!
