  • The existing zoning district is Residential-10 (R-10). See UDO Section 2.1 for more details on residential districts. 

  • Proposed Zoning: NX-3-CU 

  • The proposed zoning is neighborhood mixed-use, 3 stories (NX-3) with conditions (CU). UDO Chapter 3 provides information on all mixed-use districts.  

  • The proposed condition is to prohibit bars, night clubs, taverns, and lounges.
