  • The existing zoning is Industrial Mixed Use-3 Stories (IX-3). See UDO Section 3.1 for more details on Mixed Use Districts.  

  • Proposed Zoning: CX-5-CU 

  • The proposed zoning is Commercial Mixed Use-5 stories with zoning conditions. See UDO Section 3.1 for more details on mixed use districts. 

  • Proposed Zoning Conditions:  

  • The following Uses are prohibited: (i) cemetery; (ii) adult establishment; (iii) golf course; (iv) detention center, jail, prison; (v) vehicle fuel sales; (vi) car wash; and (vii) vehicle repair (minor and major).
