Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan Update
Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan Update
GTC is updating the federally mandated Genesee-Finger Lakes Region Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan. This document must be updated every five years in order to take applications from local human services transportation providers for FTA Section 5310 funds. These funds are mainly used to replace paratransit vehicles at non-profit agencies, but can also be extended to operations software, other capital, and compensation for mobility managers. The previous update in 2016 was an addendum to the plan adopted in 2011.
The following questions for representatives of stakeholder agencies help GTC staff identify service gaps, unmet transportation needs, and potential strategies to be included in the plan update. Please answer each question to the best of your ability. If you have further questions regarding questionnaire clarity, please contact Bob Williams at GTC.
