This is a text amendment to the City of Cheyenne Unified Development Code (UDC). The proposed amendment would make modifications to the Unified Development Code regarding Nonconformities, Definitions, Special Use Approval, and Creation of the Regional Entertainment Overlay District and Development Standards for Off Track Betting Facilities. This will go before the Planning Commission and City Council for final approval. Public comment will be taken at those meetings.
