The public comment period on the draft design manual has ended as of February 13, 2023. We thank you so much for your time and comments during the review period. Charlotte Water is looking forward to posting a final, NCDEQ approved document for viewing in 3rd Quarter 2023. At a later date, Charlotte Water will provide more details regarding when projects will be required to comply with the new Design Manual.
