About the GVL2040 Comprehensive Plan 5-Year Update

South Carolina requires communities to complete a major update of their comprehensive plans every 10 years with a minor update every five years.  Since this is a five-year “minor” update, the core goals and overall framework of GVL2040 will remain the same.

Your input is essential as we develop this plan. Please take some time to complete the following survey. Your responses will help the City evaluate and shape its action plan for the next five years.  All responses are confidential and will only be used in aggregate to inform the planning process. Your personal information will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
