What you need to know
1. Reed Road Closure
- As early as March 30, 2026, J3 Company will start work on Reed Rd, with full road closure between Military Dr. and Slippery Rock. This project involves the demolition of sidewalks and curbs, road excavation, and construction of new curbs, sidewalks, and median improvements. Work will continue through May 2026.
- Slippery Rock will maintain access at all times.
- Detour routes will be established to facilitate traffic during construction.
2. Terraces at the Reserve Subdivision Access Closure
- On Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m, J3 Company will close the Richland Hills Drive entrance to the Terraces at the Reserve subdivision for underground drainage improvements. Access to the community via Sequoia Heights will remain open at all times.
- Note: Scheduled intersection work has been adjusted due to weather conditions.
