What you need to know
- Contractor J3 Company will be closing the entrance to the Terrace at the Reserve subdivision at Richland Hills Dr. and W. Military Dr. on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm to continue with underground drainage improvements. Intersection will be open to traffic by 6:00 pm.
- Access to the community on Sequoia Height will remain open at all times.
- Military Drive will be open to two-way traffic at all times.
- Please see map provided.
- We appreciate your patience and cautious driving while construction is in progress.
- All work is weather permitting. Should weather conditions delay construction, work will be rescheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2026.
