14-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR REVISIONS TO AN EXISTING CLARK COUNTY AIR QUALITY REGULATION (AQR) AND ADOPTION OF A NEW AQR
The Clark County Department of Environment and Sustainability, Division of Air Quality (DAQ) is proposing the following updates and additions to the AQRs.
Amending :
section 12.1: Applicability and General Requirements for Permitting and Stationary Sources
Adopting:
Section 131: VOC Emissions Control for Emulsified Asphalt
