Tuckaseegee Recreation Center and Park

This project will renovate/expand/reconstruct Tuckaseegee Recreation Center (located at 4820 Tuckaseegee Rd, Charlotte, NC 28208), an important recreation center in west Charlotte originally constructed in 1974. The project scope may include an indoor gym, multipurpose and meeting rooms, fitness rooms, locker rooms/restrooms, administrative space, outdoor swimming pool, and other site improvements. Design will begin in Fiscal Year 2026.
