Formalize approach around LDC additions/changes

Initiative Statement

Recommendations for a formalized approach for Land Development Code amendments will be developed through the work of the inter-departmental Code Cabinet by August 2024.

Initiative Update

Work on this initiative has ended. Staff from multiple departments assessed whether it would be feasible to formalize the approach around LDC additions or changes. After evaluation, staff determined that additional formalization is not recommended due to the various types of code amendments that require different approaches and timelines.
